एचआईवी-एड्स पीड़ित मरीजों के साथ भेदभाव करने पर अब सजा मिलेगी और जुर्माना भी भरना पड़ सकता है। केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने सोमवार को एचआईवी और एड्स (रोकथाम एवं नियंत्रण) अधिनियम 2017 की अधिसूचना जारी कर दी।
